This was the experience that drove me to create this page. It was not like I got screwed out of a lot of money or there was loss of life or limb. It was however my first "bad" experience with an Internet purchase. The Good. I purchased a motherboard from them, received it, tried it out and it worked great. I asked a few other questions about some equipment and they responded very quickly. I was very please with company thus far. So I decided to order a case to go with the motherboard I had purchased. The Bad. The case arrived quickly after my order was placed. I a few days later, I discovered that the motherboard I purchased was incompatible with the case. I requested and received an RMA. I also asked if I could return the case and have it replaced with a different model that would be compatible with the motherboard. I offered to pay the difference. They agreed to this, issued me a RMA number. I shipped the case and they received it on 2/4. The Ugly. The sales person said they would contact me after receiving the case. I waited three days after the case was delivered and sent an email wanting some status. The email went unanswered. I waited another two days, and sent another one. It went unanswered. I sent a 3rd email, it too went unanswered. I phoned the company and left a voice mail, it went unanswered. I sent another email to the sales address and to the contacts on the Domain Registry information, again they went unanswered. I called the company that charged my account, Leadman Electronics (which is affiliated with Lillicomputers), I actually got a person, and explained the situation, they took my information and said someone would call me back. I gave them work and home #s. That call was never placed. I sent a note to the Headquarters of Leadman Electronics, it went unanswered. I sent them one more note to inform them that I would be disputing the charge if someone did not contact me to resolve this issue, that email went unanswered. The Resolution. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will not be doing business again with Lilli Computers or Leadman Electronics.

Update (7/21): I disputed the case charge with my credit card. As it turns out, Leadman finally credited my CC back once they where notified from the credit card company. They failed to inform the credit card company that they have resolved the dispute. So the CC company removed the charge from my account. Leadman in turn, charged me again so they could recover the CC company credit.
